Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) for over 10 years. She completed her undergraduate studies at Keene State College and earned her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Prior to joining Prism, Sarah worked in public school as a behavior technician in elementary school age classrooms providing ABA therapy for children with autism.
What brings Sarah joy?
Sarah enjoys spending her free time with her nieces and nephew, relaxing outside on the deck with her husband and dog and trying out new recipes.

Veronica Buecher is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. During that time, she has worked with children aged 3-21 in home, clinic, and school settings. She received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Connecticut State University.
What brings Veronica joy?
In her free time, she enjoys spending her time outdoors hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding, long distance running and traveling.

Annie Scott

Annie Scott is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for the last 11 years. Originally from New York, she received her masters degree from Fordham University in Early Childhood Special Education and Post-Masters in ABA from Hunter College. Before beginning her career in ABA Annie was a special education preschool teacher in NYC for 7 years, and prior to working at Prism, she was a program supervisor at a Verbal Behavior Clinic in Arizona.
What brings Annie Joy?
Annie enjoys spending time with friends and family, the ocean, yoga, and traveling!
Jaclyn Pugh

Jaclyn Pugh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified Special Education Teacher K-12 who has been working with children since 2007. Jaclyn has behavior analytic experience working with individuals ages 0-21 in both center and school-based ABA programs and has a passion for teaching functional communication and daily living skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in both Special Education and Liberal Studies with a concentration in reading, and she completed her graduate degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Prior to joining Prism, Jaclyn worked as a public school paraprofessional and ABA therapist for several years and then a special education teacher in an ABA-based classroom. There she developed a structured center-based learning classroom to meet the needs of the children. Jaclyn moved to Indiana where she worked as a Clinical Site Director and established the company’s fifth Autism Learning Center. After several years, Jaclyn and her family moved back to Connecticut and she worked as a BCBA for a Regional Educational Service Center (RESC) school that served students from across the state.
What brings Jaclyn joy?
When not at work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her three sons (two of those are twins!) and husband, as well as her extended family. She enjoys playing cards, specifically setback and cribbage. Jaclyn loves to bring a delicious dessert to any event she goes to and she loves to try new foods and restaurants.

She completed her masters in Science with a focus of Applied Behavior Analysis.
What brings Heather Joy?
Heather loves to spend time with family, especially her four nieces and nephews. Spends most weekends finding new places to hike and take pictures
Christie Lappen

Christie Rebelo-Lappen is a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nearly 19 years experience working with children diagnosed with autism in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a Masters of Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Fitchburg State University. Before joining the Prism team, Christie spent over 18 years providing behavior analytic services to children with autism in public school, center-based, and in-home settings. She has worked with students of various ages ranging from preschool to high school. In addition, Christie taught graduate level students enrolled in the University of St. Joseph Applied Behavior Analysis program.
What brings Christie joy?
Outside of work, Christie loves spending time with her husband and their four dogs. They spend time together working on their small farm that is the home to their two horses, two mini-donkeys, twelve sweet hens, and one rooster with an attitude. Christie also enjoys spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, and relaxing around backyard campfires.
