Jaclyn Pugh

Jaclyn Pugh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified Special Education Teacher K-12 who has been working with children since 2007. Jaclyn has behavior analytic experience working with individuals ages 0-21 in both center and school-based ABA programs and has a passion for teaching functional communication and daily living skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in both Special Education and Liberal Studies with a concentration in reading, and she completed her graduate degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Prior to joining Prism, Jaclyn worked as a public school paraprofessional and ABA therapist for several years and then a special education teacher in an ABA-based classroom. There she developed a structured center-based learning classroom to meet the needs of the children. Jaclyn moved to Indiana where she worked as a Clinical Site Director and established the company’s fifth Autism Learning Center. After several years, Jaclyn and her family moved back to Connecticut and she worked as a BCBA for a Regional Educational Service Center (RESC) school that served students from across the state.
What brings Jaclyn joy?
When not at work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her three sons (two of those are twins!) and husband, as well as her extended family. She enjoys playing cards, specifically setback and cribbage. Jaclyn loves to bring a delicious dessert to any event she goes to and she loves to try new foods and restaurants.
