Crystal is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum since 2020. She completed her undergraduate in Public Health at Southern Connecticut State University and later returned for her Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to joining Prism, Crystal worked in public schools as a behavior technician with elementary and preschool aged children providing ABA therapy and 1:1 support for children with autism. Shortly after, she joined the team at the Prism Academy until June of 2023 when she made her transition to the Guilford Center.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys cooking and trying new foods, book, and movies nights at home with her fur babies.

Alyssa Delgado began working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2021, gaining experience in home, clinic, and school settings. She holds an associate’s degree in Psychology from Three Rivers Community College and is currently in her final semester at Southern Connecticut University, pursuing a bachelor’s in Psychology. Alyssa plans to further her education by completing a Master’s program in Teaching Special Education.
