Claudia began working with Prism Autism as a Behavior Technician in 2020. She quickly fell in love with the Applied Behavior Analysis field before becoming a Behavior Technician, while watching her children receive ABA therapy. She began working with Prism Academy and became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2021. Claudia was promoted to Medical Office Administrative Assistant, where she works with the Revenue Cycle Management team and the Prism Administration. Claudia is also the friendly voice you hear when calling our centers. She walks clients through their insurance benefits and provides guidance to families who are inquiring about services. She ensures each family’s onboarding transition is moving smoothly and makes sure everything is in place from their initial inquiry to their child’s first day.
What brings Claudia Joy?
When Claudia is not working, she loves to spend time with her children and family. Claudia loves to garden, paint and spend time outdoors.

Sara is a dedicated HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder from the University of Saint Joseph and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California, set to graduate in May 2023. Sara started her career as a Behavior Technician and quickly rose to the role of Medical Administrative Assistant due to her strong work ethic. Her potential was recognized, and she transitioned into a business role to continue her journey in the field of HR. Sara works closely with the leadership team and has taken initiatives such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee to create an inclusive workplace. She is committed to professional growth and looks forward to contributing to the success of the organization for years to come.
What brings Sara joy?
In her free time, Sara enjoys exploring new trails, painting, writing, doing henna, decorating and creating a cozy environment.
Michelle Poulin received her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Worcester State University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Prism, she worked at a healthcare company and a non-profit where she began building her experience in Human Resources.
What brings Michelle Joy?
In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and their dog, read, and travel.
Brenda comes to Prism with an Associates Degree in Business Science, Accounting major from Hesser College, Manchester NH. She has worked in business administration in various organizations over numerous years. She worked at the University of Delaware for more than thirteen years, first in the Accounts Receivables department, then moving into Research Contracts & Grants, and finally working diligently in the Post-award Administration Office. And most recently, prior to joining Prism Autism, she assisted the Executive Medical Directors in a Hospital Cancer Center in Maryland. She truly enjoys being part of a team of folks helping others!
What brings Brenda joy?
Away from work, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children, grandkids, and extended family. She loves to swim, kayak, and tend to gardens of flowers and herbs.
Emily Anne obtained her BA in both Anthropology and Film & Television studies from the University of Vermont. She comes to Prism with over ten years of administration experience, many of which were centered around autism related services.
What brings Emily Anne joy?
Emily Anne spends her weekends going on hikes and adventures with her husband and son. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and knitting.
Shelby Duda is the office manager at the Guilford location. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Biology from Central Connecticut State University. She comes to us with 12 years experience in the customer service industry, 6 of which were spent in an administrative role. Shelby is ecstatic about this position because her personal life has been touched by Autism. She says “It is such a joy being able to celebrate the successes of the amazing staff and clientele in this role.”
What brings Shelby joy?
On the weekends Shelby loves sharing laughs and good times with her family and friends, seeing live music, eating pizza and drinking way too much coffee.
Allison has been working with Prism since December of 2016, and is the Office Manager based in Guilford. Allison takes pride in making life easy for everyone at Prism. With Allison’s incredible multi-tasking skills, she makes running the busy Farmington center look easy! She is instrumental in planning events for staff enjoyment as well as professional development. Her favorite part about working at Prism is, of course, the kids! No matter how busy she is around the building, she cherishes getting to know them better everyday.

Allison enjoys being a mom and doing fun things with her 2 daughters. She has a slight addiction to rice cakes and loves boosting people’s self confidence with a fresh new do as licensed hair stylist part time.
