Chief Executive Officer

Rachael Coburn is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Prism Autism Education & Consultation. Rachael’s nearly 15 years of experience in the field began as a summer internship at a center in NY and blossomed into a love of supporting the families of children touched by autism. Her experience includes home, school and center-based programming. She also gained valuable administrative experience as a Director of Development for one of those centers. Prior to starting Prism, Rachael managed several teams and accounts at a health intelligence firm. Her business experience and her BS in Business Administration is an asset to this organization. She is also currently working towards her MBA.

What brings Rachael joy?
In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading and working in the kitchen to create new recipes to accommodate her family’s many needs. Rachael also loves travel, whether for work or play, it doesn’t matter, it is all wonderful to her!

Rebecca Giammatti

Rebecca Giammatti

Chief Clinical Officer/Behavior Analyst

Rebecca Giammatti holds an M.S. in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from The Sage Colleges. She first started in the autism treatment field in 1999, and since then has enjoyed clinical experience in home, school, and center-based programs. Her particular clinical passion is the intensive ABA treatment of toddlers and early preschoolers with autism. Rebecca is currently an appointed member of CTABA Public Policy and Legislative Outreach Committee. She enjoys working towards effective policies regarding insurance reimbursement for ABA services, especially with regard to compliance with the Mental Health Parity & Addiction Equity Act and the Affordable Care Act.

What brings Rebecca joy?
When not at work, Rebecca enjoys time at lakes and beaches with her husband, two children, and friends. She particularly enjoys crafting delicious home-made desserts for family and friends, with dairy-free hot fudge sundaes the usual favorite.
