John Molteni

John Molteni, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA

Clinical Director, Director of Behavioral Health / Berlin

Dr. John Molteni is the Director of Behavioral Health Services at Prism, as well as the Director of the new Prism Academy. Dr. Molteni served as the Director of Autism Services at the Hospital for Special Care and was instrumental in the development of outpatient and inpatient services. He is a licensed psychologist and behavior analyst in Connecticut and a doctoral level Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Molteni has been developing educational and clinical services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families for over 20 years. He served as a tenured associate professor at the University of Saint Joseph where he was the founding director of the Institute for Autism and Behavioral Studies. During his tenure, Dr. Molteni was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of graduate programs in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis, and supported the establishment of the Center for Applied Research and Education. Dr. Molteni has published articles in several areas including teaching interventions for children with Autism, alignment of special education services to best practices, and collaboration between disciplines in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Emily Duffy

Emily Duffy, M.A., BCBA

Clinical Director / Guilford

Emily Duffy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for 19 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from St. Joseph’s University and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Connecticut State University. Prior to joining Prism, Emily taught in Connecticut public schools for 13 years. Emily has behavior analytic experience working with children of all developmental levels in a variety of settings including homes, daycares, camps and in public schools.

What brings Emily joy?

Emily loves anything to do with the water including swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding, SCUBA diving or relaxing on the beach. She and her husband also enjoy spending time hiking with their dogs; those hikes are even better when their three grandchildren join them!

Stephanie Greaves

Stephanie Greaves MS, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director / Farmington

Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism since 2001. She received her Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and is an Early Start Denver Model Certified Therapist. Prior to joining the Prism team, Stephanie spent many years servicing children with autism in a center-based behavior analytic program and providing outreach services to children and their families at home, in the community, and in public and private schools. She has consulted with several school districts and Birth-to-Three programs in the state of Connecticut. Stephanie has directed both center-based and outreach programs and has provided supervision to those candidates pursuing their BCBA certification.

What brings Stephanie joy?

In her free time, Stephanie and her husband enjoy family adventures with their two young children. They spend a lot of time outside, hiking, canoeing, and swimming. Stephanie also enjoys running, music, cooking, traveling, and curling up with a good book.
