Co-Founder, Chief Clinical Officer
Rebecca Giammatti is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for the past 19 years. She holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Graduate School.
Rebecca enjoyed several years of center-based behavior analytic experience before becoming an outreach provider, working with home-based instructional teams. Prior to co-founding Prism, Rebecca held several long-term consultation contracts within schools throughout Connecticut.
When not working, Rebecca enjoys time at home with her husband and two children, as well as traveling and cooking.
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Rachael Coburn is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Prism Autism Education & Consultation. Rachael’s nearly ten years of experience in the field began as a summer internship at a center in NY and blossomed into a love of supporting the families of children touched by autism. Her experience includes home, school and center-based programming. She also gained valuable administrative experience as a Director of Development for one of those centers.
Prior to her work starting Prism, Rachael managed several teams and accounts at a health intelligence firm. Her business experience and her BS in Business Administration is an asset to this organization.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading and like Rebecca, working in the kitchen to create new recipes to accommodate her family’s many needs. In addition, Rachael and her daughters enjoy tending their delicious backyard kitchen garden together.
Karen Kelly is the Business Manager at Prism Autism Education and Consultation. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Cobleskill.
Karen comes to us after thirty years experience growing in the field of administrative and business management. Her business experience and excellent organizational skills make her an asset to our business. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children, and her extended family. She loves family, nature, and doing woodworking with her husband.
Danielle Barthel is the Operations Manager at Prism Autism Education and Consultation. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Psychology, from the College at Brockport, State University of New York.
Before joining the team, Danielle worked in New York City’s publishing industry for six years, most recently in operations at a literary agency. As the Coordinator of Team and Client Services, she endeavored to promote strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building amongst her colleagues and the company’s clients.
In her free time, Danielle loves to read and spend time with friends and family, and she has recently taken up cross-stitching as a relaxing hobby.
Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism since 2001. She received her Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
Prior to joining the Prism team, Stephanie spent many years servicing children with autism in a center-based behavior analytic program and providing outreach services to children and their families at home, in the community, and in the schools. She has consulted with several school districts and Birth-to-Three programs. Stephanie has directed both center-based and outreach programs and has provided supervision to those candidates pursuing their BCBA certification.
In her free time, Stephanie and her husband enjoy family adventures with their two young children. They spend a lot of time playing outside, hiking, canoeing, and swimming. Stephanie also enjoys running, music, cooking, traveling, and curling up with a good book.
Associate Clinical Director
Emily Duffy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for 15 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from St. Joseph’s University and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Connecticut State University.
Emily has behavior analytic experience working with children of all developmental levels. In addition to skill development based on the principles of ABA, Emily has extensive experience in teaching social cognition based on the Social Thinking© curriculum of Michelle Garcia-Winner (see socialthinking.com for more information). She has been accepted as a Social Thinking Clinical Training Participant at the Social Thinking Clinic in Boston.
When she is not working with families, Emily and her husband enjoy outdoor activities including swimming, hiking, kayaking, running and biking. She also enjoys sharing her love of nature with her nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
Clinical Training Lead
Joanne Searle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for the past 7 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Central Connecticut State University, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition, she is proud to be a Certified Early Start Denver Model Therapist.
Prior to joining Prism, Joanne enjoyed several years of behavior analytic experiences as an ABA Therapist and a Senior Behavior Therapist in the public school system working with preschool and elementary aged students.
When Joanne is not working with her students or instructional teams, she enjoys spending time with her husband, as well as exploring New England and discovering what each season has to offer.
Senior Behavior Analyst
Anton is a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 14 years experience working with children with autism in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Anton has consulted with public school districts, specialized ABA programs and home based programs. Anton has experience working with and training parents, paraprofessionals and school teams, and is dedicated to providing quality ABA services to children on the spectrum.
Anton will be completed his Master’s Degree at Bay Path University. Additionally, he was acknowledged as a dedicated special education professional for contributing and collaborating workable answers to daily problems for students in the published book The New ABA Program Companion, 2013 by J. Tyler Fovel.
When Anton is not working with his students or instructional teams, Anton and his wife enjoy collecting antiques and going to flea markets. He also enjoys swimming, playing music, spending time at home with his dog and completing DIY projects in his home.
Senior Behavior Analyst
Shauna Giannuzzi is a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for the past 11 years. She is also a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts. Shauna holds M.S. in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Elms College.
Prior to working with Prism, Shauna worked in an Early Intensive Behavior Intervention Program within a Special Education School. She also previously provided educational, behavioral, and consultation services to school districts and home based programs in Connecticut and Massachusetts. She also supervised students enrolled at Bay Path College’s Masters in Behavior Analysis Program and was a teaching assistant in their Interventions and Behavior Change Procedures Course. Shauna has conducted and presented research such as “Decreasing Tantrums Using an “Exchange” Procedure in a 2 Year Old with Autism” in a poster presentation at ABAI in 2009 and “Utilization of an Alternating Treatment Design to Assess and Fade Protective Equipment Use for Self-Injurious Behavior” in the symposium “The Assessment and Treatment of Self-Injurious Behavior Through the Use of Protective Equipment in a Specialized Public School Setting” at ABAI in May 2013.
In her free time, Shauna likes to spend time with her husband and two young children. She also enjoys spending time outdoors exploring different fairs and local events.

Hannah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism for the past 10 years. She holds a Master of Science in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph. Prior to joining Prism, Hannah worked in public schools with preschool and elementary-aged children with autism.
When not working, she enjoys spending time hiking with her husband and dog. She also enjoys traveling, football and baking.

Julia Ferrelli is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) for 15 years. She earned her Master’s of Science in Special Education with concentrations in ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Connecticut State University.
Prior to joining Prism, Julia worked as a preschool special education teacher in a self-contained classroom for young children with autism. There she learned how to incorporate applied behavior analysis through naturalistic learning opportunities.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her growing family, hitting the gym, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
Rachel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with children with autism since 2014. She graduated from Ball State University with her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism.
Rachel worked as a public school special education paraprofessional before joining Prism’s team. She was initially a behavior technician before being accepted into the company’s Apprentice Program, which helped prepare her to take over a BCBA role after passing her exam in May 2018.
Outside of work, Rachel likes spending time with her family, reading a good book by the pool, and baking cupcakes for anyone who can eat them…since she can’t.
